CSS offers a broad range of technical expertise to develop and manufacture complex medical device components and assemblies. Using fineblanking technology, we are able to produce completely leveled parts with clean-cut, right-angled, exceptionally smooth edges. This is especially useful for components that are designed to have wear surfaces and contact points, often found in actuation mechanisms in hand-held instruments and devices. We also create challenging medical assemblies that apply multiple critical components, most of which are produced right here at CSS, with processes include welding, pressing, insertion, staking, and trimming.
