CSS has acquired Tryco Tool & Manufacturing effective February 1, 2024. Tryco is a precision stamping house focusing on complex progressive dies and production for government, commercial, electrical and aerospace markets. They are a family owned business operating in Orange New Jersey for over 65 years. CSS has been in business for more than 85 years and is also family owned and operated.
CSS will continue manufacturing in Orange, NJ for 3-6 months as we transition all production to our three facilities in Farmington and Southington Connecticut.
This acquisition was an excellent fit. We recently expanded our 48 Spring Lane location to 200,000 square feet and have excess capacity in our diversified stamping capabilities. The CSS level of customer focus, attention to detail, and production of quality parts will transfer to Tryco customers through a seamless transition. Along with our expertise in precision metal stamping, CSS is proud to offer versatility and additional manufacturing processes including Fineblanking, Fourslide and diversified Spring manufacturing to our new and existing valued customers.
